We are offering COTAs an opportunity to work in the following programs:
- Early Intervention (EI) Program: will serve the birth to three year old population
- Committee on Pre-school Education (CPSE) program: will serve children 3 to 5 years old in Westchester

Position Description:
- Responsible for facilitating the provision of collaborative, family-center, community-based services through the coordination and collaboration among providers of services for families with infants/toddlers with disabilities

MANAGED CARE AUTISM SERVICES: ABA Paraprofessional
Position Description:
- Implement principles and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis to successfully meet goals and objectives as indicated on student’s treatment plans;
- Record data on behaviors and enter it into data system;
- Communicate with other outside care professionals (medical doctors, speech therapists, etc.) if necessary;
- Communicate with supervising BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) when issues arise on cases;
- Provide consultative and training services to families;
- Present data to supervising BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for progress notes and 6 month reports;
- Follow all policies and procedures as indicated;
Qualifications:
- Must complete an 30-hour mandatory training before any cases can be assigned;
- Must undergo a full criminal history background check & clearance;
- BA in Psychology, Human Development, Education, Sociology ;
- Must be available evening and weekends.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders is a plus.
